The Kitchen at Casa AYA
Food is at the heart of life at Casa AYA. Our house chef prepares fresh, vibrant meals inspired by the flavors of the Pacific coast and the rich traditions of Latin cuisine.
Much of the cooking happens over our Argentinian wood-fire grill, where seafood, meats, and vegetables are slowly grilled over open flames, bringing out deep, smoky flavors that reflect the spirit of coastal Peru.
Guests can also enjoy handmade pizzas from the wood-fired pizza oven, perfect for relaxed evenings under the stars.
With two fully equipped kitchens, Casa AYA offers the flexibility for private chef dinners, group gatherings, and retreat-style dining experiences, where meals become part of the rhythm of the day.
Whether it’s a long breakfast overlooking the ocean, a sunset barbecue, or a shared dinner after a day in the surf, dining at Casa AYA is designed to bring people together.
